Every Tuesday at 9 p.m. in July and September and 10pm in August

This summer the City of Arts and Sciences is to introduce a selection of new night-time activities. Each Tuesday sees 'Nights at the Hemisfèric,' a special session of the Planetarium followed by cocktails.

'Summer Nights' – quite literally in this case - are the main feature of 'Nights at the Hemisfèric', held every Tuesday at 9pm in July and September and 10pm in August. The evening begins with a live session in the Planetarium, when a guide will explain by projections onto the Hemisfèric's huge curved screen the main constellations and stellar phenomena that light up the summer night sky.

After this, those taking part can sip a cocktail in one of the most spectacular places within the City of Arts and Sciences: the perimeter ring of the Hemisfèric with, at its heart, shimmering water. The overall cost is 16 euros per person.
